* Support time includes but is not limited to content changes, adding/updating pages/posts, adding/updating images or slides, and adding events. It does not include managing social media accounts, adding membership sections, online stores, or any other complex system. Support time is tracked in 15 minute increments.
** Available during non-business hours for emergencies; weekend hourly rate applies to work completed during non-business hours after the first hour. Regular hourly rate applies for work completed during business hours.

Keeping your site safe and updated is an essential part of any online business

Plans are pre-paid one month in advance and billed with a monthly recurring payment to your credit card. You will be billed every month until you cancel your plan. You can cancel at any time as long as you give us 30 days notice. It’s just that simple.

The monthly content/support minutes covers small tasks such as updating text and images, creating online forms, uploading blog posts, and general WordPress questions and assistance.

Major design changes or large web feature changes are not covered under the Care Plans. If you need to make large scale changes to your site, please contact me at support@newwebcreative.com and we can discuss your requirements.

Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not rollover.

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and if approved, we will schedule a block of time for this work to be completed and it will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Absolutely. We are laser focused on you and your website, so we would be sad to see you go but we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want lock anyone in. Our care plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time. Please request a cancellation via email and we will stop the next payment.  Cancellations require a 2 week notice.
