As co-founder of New Web Creative, Carolin guides organizations through complex digital transitions — helping them untangle outdated systems and rebuild with clarity and confidence. With more than 15 years of experience designing and managing SharePoint sites — the internal websites, portals, and collaboration spaces organizations use to connect people and information — and over 12 years of WordPress experience, she brings a unique combination of enterprise technology expertise and creative web strategy to every project. Her career has centered on translating big-picture vision into strategic, user-centered digital experiences that strengthen credibility and support long-term growth.

She specializes in working with mission-driven organizations to modernize legacy platforms, refine messaging, and align their digital presence with their evolving goals. By combining thoughtful design with structured strategic planning, she ensures every rebuild is not only visually compelling, but architected for stability, scalability, accessibility, and future impact.

As co-founder of New Web Creative, Rick brings the systems mindset behind New Web Creative’s most complex projects. With a background in enterprise technology and process optimization, he specializes in designing and implementing the technical architecture that supports long-term growth. His expertise spans infrastructure strategy, hosting environments, platform migrations, and large-scale membership and ecommerce rebuilds — ensuring every system is secure, scalable, and built for performance. Rick focuses on creating stable digital foundations that allow organizations to operate efficiently and expand without technical friction.

Before joining forces at New Web Creative, Rick worked extensively with multiple school districts across the San Antonio area, leading and supporting large-scale ERP implementations. He streamlined and reorganized complex business processes, helping institutions transition from fragmented systems to unified, efficient operational platforms. That experience shaped his structured, solutions-oriented approach — bringing clarity, organization, and long-term sustainability to every digital system he builds.

Matthew is a web designer with a strong focus on clean, user-friendly page builds and efficient content structure. He played a key role in the CDIM website rebuild project, where he supported large-scale page creation and helped bring consistency and clarity to the site’s overall design.

With a detail-oriented approach and a solid understanding of modern web design practices, Matthew ensures that each page not only looks polished but also functions seamlessly across devices. His ability to translate project requirements into well-structured, accessible layouts makes him a valuable contributor to the New Web Creative team.
